As our Marketing Campaign Specialist, you’ll manage campaigns from strategy through execution, partnering with creative teams and business leaders to deliver engaging content across email, digital, direct mail, and in-person channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage campaign timelines, creative briefs, deliverables, and approvals.

• Write and edit compelling, accurate, on-brand content.

• Coordinate email campaigns using HubSpot or similar tools.

• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.

What You’ll Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of related experience, including at least one year coordinating marketing campaigns.

• Strong communication, project management, and attention to detail.

• Experience with marketing project management and CRM or automation tools. Financial services knowledge is a plus.
