Overview
This role handles marketing, communications and sales for Serious and its brand ventures, like Supernormal. It works with the designers and reports to the head of operations. Full-time and hybrid, with 2-3 days a week at Supernormal in San Juan.
→ Marketing campaigns. Plans and runs campaigns for Serious and each venture, from brief to rollout, with the designers on the creative. Reports what worked when each one ends.
→ Communications and content. Owns the content calendar and social accounts for Serious and Supernormal. Writes captions, announcements, newsletters and website copy, and keeps each brand's voice consistent.
→ Inquiries and sales. Answers inquiries within one working day, qualifies leads, and books first calls. Meets potential clients, sends proposals, follows up, and closes. Keeps the lead tracker current.
→ PR and events. Pitches stories about our work and ventures to editors, writers and creators. Plans and runs events at Supernormal, including partner collaborations.
→ Reporting. Sends a weekly report on what went out, inquiries received, sales closed, and press or events landed.
NICE TO HAVE
→ One to three years in marketing, communications, PR or sales.
→ Comfortable on a sales call, and has initiative.
→ Experience in food/hospitality/retail, photography, basic design or video editing.
