Employment type: Fixed-term [12 months]

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: Php 45,000 to 61,000

Help turn marketing and communications strategy into well-organised delivery that supports better education around the world.

Join Cambridge's Partnership for Education as our Marketing & Communications Operations Manager. Based in Manila, you'll coordinate campaigns, suppliers, systems and budgets, helping colleagues deliver high-quality work for our organisation, clients and partners.

Why Cambridge?

Our Partnership for Education team works with governments and international development organisations to improve education systems, from curriculum and assessment to teacher development.

You'll join our Manila office and collaborate with colleagues across functions and locations. Your work will support the team to execute effective campaigns and communication by keeping delivery coordinated and quality standards consistent.

What can you get from Cambridge?

You'll have the opportunity to shape how the team works, improve everyday processes and explore responsible uses of automation and artificial intelligence. Working alongside marketing and communications specialists, you'll broaden your experience across channels and international projects.

Our Manila benefits and opportunities include:

  • HMO Coverage and Life Insurance on Day 1
  • Paid Annual Leaves (Vacation, Well-being, Flexible, Holiday, and Volunteering leaves)
  • Vesting/Retirement package
  • Opportunities for career growth and development
  • Access to well-being programs
  • Flexible schedule, hybrid work arrangement and work-life balance
  • Opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from diverse branches that will expand your horizons and enrich your understanding of different cultures

What will you do as our Marketing & Communications Operations Manager?

Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll manage operational delivery rather than a team of direct reports. You'll:

  • Build delivery plans and track deadlines, dependencies and risks across campaigns, keeping colleagues and partners informed.
  • Improve workflows and coordinate content from briefing to publication and reuse, maintaining brand, editorial, accessibility and data privacy standards.
  • Brief and coordinate suppliers, track budgets and purchase orders, and bring together costings for proposals.
  • Support website, email and social publishing, and manage shared inboxes, asset libraries and the team's SharePoint site.
  • Bring together performance results and maintain clear records and reporting routines that support decisions and audit readiness.

Please review the attached job description for further details on the role.

What will you bring?

You'll bring practical experience and sound judgement to a varied role.

Essential:

  • Substantial experience in marketing and communications operations, campaign delivery or related project management, at manager level or equivalent.
  • Experience coordinating complex workplans and external suppliers, managing competing priorities and knowing when to escalate risks.
  • Experience improving processes and maintaining approvals, documentation and reporting, with an understanding of brand, accessibility and data privacy requirements.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, careful proofreading and the ability to coordinate colleagues and partners across locations and seniority levels.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, content and customer relationship management systems, and project tools; awareness of education, development or public-sector contexts and responsible automation.

This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. As part of the selection process, you will complete an English test to assess your ability in the English language, plus a practical task prior to interview which will be sent via email so check your inbox/spam for this.

Are you driven by desire to be part of a globally renowned institution that celebrates innovation, embraces inclusion, and empowers learners? Then, we invite you to Pursue your Potential with us.

Only applications received through the system will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The vacancy may close once sufficient applications are received. Therefore, if you are interested, tailor-fit your CV (advantageous if you submit one with a Cover Letter) and submit as early as possible.

Please ensure to upload correct and updated details and documents as these cannot be changed once submitted. Learn more about our hiring process by going through our Candidate Application Guide.
