About Advantage Design Group
Advantage Design Group is a creative and technology company and the largest producer of online orientation programs in North America. Our platform, which powers Advantage Orientation and HR Engage, has more than 400 deployments across higher education and the private sector in three countries. It turns enrollment and hiring into digital orientation experiences for new students and employees, with interactive video and content built around each client's brand. Our team of about 50, based in Jacksonville, Florida, creates every part of that experience, including content development, branded interface design, video production and software engineering.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organized marketer who loves turning good ideas into polished work. In this role you'll own the details behind our events, webinars, email and social channels, and see your work land directly with clients and prospects.
You'll partner closely with our Director of Creative and Marketing to carry each campaign through planning, launch and follow up. Few weeks look alike: one week you might be lining up speakers for a webinar, the next you're working with our video and web teams on a campaign or getting us ready for a conference. You'll also manage our campaign tools and track results, so you can see what's working and help us do more of it.
You'll have a deep bench of talent behind you. Our own creative, video and web teams are a built-in resource for marketing, so the designers, video producers and developers you need for a campaign are already on staff. You'll also work closely with sales and company leadership.
Why Jacksonville?
Grow your career at Advantage and make coastal Northeast Florida home. Jacksonville offers 22 miles of beaches, the nation's largest urban park system, the St. Johns River and a creative food and arts scene. Florida also has no personal state income tax, which means more of your paycheck stays with you.
What You Do
- Managing webinars from scheduling and promotion through live execution, follow-up, and post event content.
- Coordinating conference and event logistics, timelines, vendors, collateral, shipping, lead capture, and follow up.
- Drafting, building, quality checking, scheduling email campaigns and client facing communications that engage audiences and support campaign goals.
- Maintaining email calendars, audience lists, segments, campaign records, and marketing automation workflows, so campaigns run smoothly and reach the right people.
- Creating and coordinating social posts, event promotions, newsletter content, email copy, and other campaign content that reflects our brand and connects with our audiences.
- Partnering with our staff writer and video team to develop and optimize content for traditional search and AI-driven discovery using SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices.
- Working across Creative, Video, Web, and Sales to keep campaign assets and deadlines moving.
- Pulling monthly marketing numbers and turning them into clear, useful summaries.
- Researching events, vendors, audience opportunities, campaign ideas, and sharing recommendations that help the team improve and grow.
- Keeping calendars, checklists, systems, and details organized while moving many priorities forward at the same time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. In lieu of a degree, candidates with at least five years of progressively responsible experience in event marketing, content marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing, including demonstrated expertise in planning, executing events and integrated marketing campaigns, will be considered
