In the continuing growth of our company and the pursuit of operational excellence, we are looking for a new Marketing Coordinator. Who are we looking for ? As Marketing Coordinator, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the Marketing department. You will contribute to the successful implementation of project marketing plans, ensuring consistency across all communication channels while collaborating closely with Sales and operational team. Your responsibilities? Support the Marketing Manager in the implementation of marketing strategies for Residential and mixed-use projects. Coordinate project marketing activities from launch to final commercialization. Coordinate external agencies and suppliers while ensuring planning, quality and brand consistency. Manage project websites, digital platforms and social media around projects (excluding corporate channels). Develop and adapt marketing materials including brochures, email campaigns, sales tools and on-site visibility. Monitor digital campaign performance and contribute to continuous optimization. Support the organization of launches, open house events and other marketing events. Act as the operational marketing partner Your skills & Experience? Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or equivalent. 2–5 years of experience in operational marketing. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft 365, CMS and digital marketing tools. Affinity with AI and emerging digital technologies. Creative, organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects. Autonomous under pressure Strong writing skills are an asset Analytical skills with a focus on performance monitoring Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French and English. What's in it for you?
