JEM is growing fast and committed to your future. Since 2022, we are currently at 16 clubs in 4 states (Virginia, Wisconsin, Illinois and California) and set a goal to open 75 new gyms by 2032. Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives that drive membership growth, brand awareness, and member engagement across Limitless Fitness Group's portfolio of Crunch Fitness locations. This role provides critical coordination and administrative support for marketing campaigns, local store marketing efforts, social media initiatives, events, partnerships, creative projects, and club-level marketing activations. Working closely with the marketing team, club leadership, agency partners, and vendors, the Marketing Coordinator helps ensure projects are organized, deadlines are met, and marketing programs are executed effectively across multiple markets. This position is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, local marketing, campaign management, reporting, community engagement, and new club openings within a fast-paced, multi-location business environment. Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities Marketing Coordination and Execution Support the execution of companywide, regional, and club-level marketing campaigns. Maintain the marketing calendar, project trackers, promotional schedules, and key deadlines. Coordinate marketing requests from club and field leadership, ensuring requests contain the necessary information and follow established processes. Assist with preparing campaign briefs, promotional materials, internal communications, and presentations. Proofread marketing materials for accuracy, brand consistency, pricing, offer details, and required disclosures. Track projects from request through delivery and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders. Creative and Promotional Support Coordinate the creation and distribution of digital and print marketing assets. Manage revisions, approvals, and final delivery of flyers, signage, social graphics, emails, direct mail pieces, and other marketing materials. Organize and maintain the company’s marketing asset library. Help ensure clubs are using current, approved, and brand-compliant materials. Coordinate print production, promotional orders, shipping, and vendor timelines. Local Marketing and Club Support Support clubs with local marketing initiatives, community events, grassroots outreach, and in-club promotions. Assist with maintaining local marketing plans and calendars for each club. Track participation in community events, corporate partnerships, and local outreach activities. Help collect event details, photos, results, and follow-up information from club teams. Maintain lists of community organizations, businesses, events, and potential partnership opportunities. Support the administration and fulfillment of corporate wellness and perks partnerships. Social Media and Reputation Support Assist with organizing organic social media content, club submissions, and campaign calendars. Coordinate with clubs to collect photos, videos, testimonials, and event content. Help monitor social media pages, online listings, and review platforms for accuracy and brand consistency. Support the development of social captions, promotional messaging, and community-focused content. Identify opportunities to highlight club events, member stories, team members, and community partnerships. New Club and Special Project Support Provide administrative and execution support for new club opening campaigns, founding member events, and grand openings. Assist with event logistics, promotional materials, lead communication, vendor coordination, and field support. Support special marketing projects, leadership meetings, and company presentations as assigned. Help document processes and maintain marketing playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures.Qualifications Approximately 1-3 years of marketing, communications, project coordination, or related experience required. Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, project-management systems, and shared calendars. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Ability to communicate professionally with executives, agency partners, vendors, and club leadership. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take ownership of assignments. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, promotions, or community engagement initiatives. Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and digital marketing best practices. Experience using Canva or similar creative design tools. Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM systems, project management software, or marketing analytics tools. Experience coordinating vendors, sponsorships, partnerships, or community events. Previous experience supporting a multi-location, franchise, retail, fitness, hospitality, or consumer-facing business. Demonstrated eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within a marketing career path.Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred. HS Diploma or GED Required. Travel Requirements This is a remote position that requires travel of approximately 25%, based on business needs, marketing initiatives, and organizational priorities. Travel will primarily support club visits, new gym openings, local marketing activations, leadership meetings, market assessments, acquisitions, and growth initiatives across the company portfolio. Candidates must be able and willing to travel as needed, including occasional overnight and multi-day travel.
