Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing team at kariera.gr is looking for a new member to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and creative marketing professional who is ready to contribute to our brand, campaigns, events, and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.

• Ownership of the social media calendar and content across multiple channels.

• Commercial support, including sales presentations and reports and coordination

client marketing projects.

• Support branding and marketing initiatives across departments.

• Support the promotion and marketing plan of B2B & B2C events.

• Interacting with Greek universities and Youth organizations.

• Coordinating with internal teams and providing detailed briefs to creative and

performance agencies for effective campaign creation.

• Collaborate with external agencies for PR activities, including press releases and

media interviews.

• Handle day-to-day marketing administration and internal requests.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing.

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal

teams, clients and external partners.

• Good understanding of digital marketing, email marketing and social media.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to get involved across different

areas of Marketing.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

• Eager to stay updated on digital marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
