Location: Warsaw, hybrid work (3 days from the office per week)

Osoba na tym stanowisku zapewnia sprawną realizację działań zespołu R&I, łącząc wsparcie operacyjne, zgodność procesów, koordynację dokumentacji i komunikację.

Główne obowiązki:

• Obsługa procesów administracyjnych i finansowych w systemie Coupa, w tym zamówień, płatności oraz współprac zewnętrznych.
• Koordynacja procesów compliance i due diligence oraz dbanie o zgodność działań i dokumentacji z wymaganiami wewnętrznymi i prawnymi.
• Przygotowywanie, uzgadnianie i monitorowanie obiegu umów oraz innych dokumentów formalnych we współpracy z działem prawnym.
• Koordynacja spotkań, terminów, dokumentacji i współpracy między zespołami oraz partnerami zewnętrznymi.
• Wsparcie komunikacji korporacyjnej, w tym prowadzenie profilu LinkedIn AstraZeneca Polska, monitorowanie mediów i obsługa treści w PromoMats.
• Wsparcie wydarzeń zewnętrznych oraz działań marketingowych, w tym współpracy z HCP, obsługi materiałów i rejestracji aktywności w systemach wewnętrznych

Wymagania:

• Komunikatywność i umiejętność pracy w zróżnicowanym zespole
• Biegła obsługa komputera
• Obsługa aplikacji pakiet MS Office
• Umiejętność działania pod presją czasu
• Otwartość na informację zwrotną
• Umiejętność priorytetyzowania zadań
