THE TEAM
The Marketing team at Ticketmaster Hellas is responsible for building the Ticketmaster brand, engaging fans and supporting the commercial success of our clients’ events. Working closely with teams across Sales, Client Services, Customer Support and Operations, the team delivers integrated campaigns that connect audiences with the live experiences they love. As part of a collaborative, fast-paced team, you will contribute to marketing activity across digital channels, CRM, content, partnerships and event support. You will gain exposure to the full campaign lifecycle while helping to ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the Ticketmaster brand.
THE JOB
The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing function of Ticketmaster Hellas, assisting in the planning, execution and coordination of marketing actions that strengthen the Ticketmaster brand, support commercial objectives and enhance customer engagement. Reporting to the Operations and Marketing Director, this role works closely with the wider Marketing team as well as Sales, Client Services, Customer Support and Operations, taking ownership of day-to-day marketing actions and ensuring campaigns and initiatives are delivered accurately, on time and in line with brand guidelines. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Take ownership of day-to-day marketing actions, ensuring campaigns, content and communications are executed accurately and on schedule.
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels such as email marketing, social media, website and digital advertising.
- Coordinate the creation and scheduling of marketing content (copy, images, video) in collaboration with design and content resources.
- Assist in the management of CRM and email marketing activities, including audience segmentation, campaign set-up and performance tracking.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, compiling data and insights to support decision-making.
- Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Client Services, Operations, Customer Support) to align marketing actions with commercial priorities and event needs.
- Support the coordination of marketing partnerships, promotions and event-related marketing activities.
- Manage on -site logistics, promotional materials and venue setups for company events.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, materials and communications.
- Assist with the administrative and operational aspects of marketing projects, including budget tracking, supplier coordination and timeline management.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor and industry activity to support the wider marketing team with insights and recommendations.
- Increase brand awareness by shaping company identity and building public recognition.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Professional experience in marketing (0–2 years); internships are welcome.
- Prior experience in a ticketing, entertainment or events-related company is considered a strong plus.
- Genuine interest and eagerness to build a career in the events and entertainment industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple actions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. email marketing platforms, social media management tools, basic analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
