Meztal is looking for a Marketing & Creative Operations Coordinator to serve as the internal point of coordination between company leadership and external marketing and design partners. This role will support day-to-day marketing workflows, coordinate projects across new and existing business locations, and help ensure external partners deliver work that aligns with established expectations, priorities, and best practices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and creative projects. This position combines marketing coordination with opportunities for hands-on creative support in areas such as graphic design, content creation, and social media, while continuing to collaborate closely with external marketing and design partners. Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day communication and activities with external marketing, creative, and design partners. Serve as the primary internal liaison for routine requests, project updates, deliverables, and follow-up with external partners. Coordinate marketing initiatives across new and existing business locations. Translate internal marketing requests, priorities, and feedback into clear direction for external partners. Track marketing projects, timelines, requests, approvals, and deliverables to support timely completion. Coordinate feedback from internal stakeholders and communicate consolidated direction to external partners. Monitor deliverables and help ensure external partners follow established expectations, brand standards, and marketing best practices. Identify workflow challenges, recurring issues, or potential delays and escalate significant concerns to the appropriate leadership when necessary. Help maintain consistent marketing processes and workflows across locations and external partners. Review marketing and creative materials for completeness, consistency, and alignment with approved direction. Support content creation, social media activities, graphic design, and other marketing initiatives based on internal capabilities and business needs. Execute selected creative projects internally when appropriate while coordinating broader initiatives with external partners. Maintain organized records of marketing projects, creative assets, requests, approvals, and deliverables. Identify opportunities to improve marketing coordination, workflows, and internal creative capabilities. Experience Professional experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, creative coordination, agency support, or a related function. Experience coordinating projects with external agencies, vendors, creative partners, or other third-party stakeholders. Experience supporting multiple marketing projects, requests, or deliverables simultaneously. Proven experience working with U.S.-based teams or stakeholders. Technical Skills Understanding of marketing workflows and creative production processes. Ability to coordinate marketing projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder feedback. Ability to translate business needs into clear marketing or creative requests. General understanding of branding, content creation, digital marketing, and social media. Ability to review marketing materials for consistency, completeness, and alignment with established requirements. Language Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
