Descrição da Função
"ROLE: Find, qualify, and contact new influencers and affiliates in national and international markets. Integrate and activate partners in campaigns, maintaining continuous engagement. Discuss commercial terms, promotional campaigns, and performance incentives. Design and carry out sales-driven initiatives and re-engage inactive partners. Track performance, spot upsell, cross-sell, and market expansion opportunities. Work with internal teams to align campaigns, offers, and commercial materials. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related disciplines. At least 1 year of experience in marketing management. Proactive, keen to learn, and able to prioritize tasks. Solid data analysis and communication skills; English fluency. Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of PowerBI or other tools is seen as a plus. OFFER: Chance to grow in a global Influencer & Affiliate Marketing program. Practical experience with real campaigns and international markets.
