Are you an experienced marketing professional who can take a clear brief, run with it and deliver exceptional work without needing to be chased?
We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing international marketing business looking for an experienced Marketing Delivery Specialist to join their remote team.
This is not an entry-level marketing role.
We're looking for someone who already understands how marketing works, has strong hands-on experience in their specialist area and can confidently deliver work across multiple clients, brands and industries.
You'll work as an extension of the internal marketing team, taking strategic briefs and turning them into high-quality, accurate, client-ready marketing execution.
Depending on your strongest area of expertise, your work may span:
- Social media
- Paid advertising / PPC
- Email marketing
- Video editing
- Blog and content production
- Marketing campaign execution
You'll need to be autonomous, organised, commercially aware and exceptionally detail-oriented.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who doesn't simply complete a task because it was requested.
We want someone who sees opportunities, asks smart questions and actively looks for ways to make the work better.
🎯 The Opportunity
You'll become an important part of a high-performing marketing delivery team, supporting the execution of campaigns and marketing activity across a portfolio of clients.
You'll receive strategic direction and clear briefs from senior marketing team members, but you'll be responsible for owning the execution from brief through to completion.
That means understanding the objective, interpreting the brief, producing high-quality work, checking it thoroughly and delivering it on time.
You'll need to move comfortably between different clients, industries, audiences, brands and tones of voice.
The successful candidate will understand that great marketing delivery isn't about simply ticking tasks off a list.
It's about producing work that is accurate, effective, on-brand and ready to go.
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will depend on your specialist skill set, but may include:
📱 Social Media
- Creating monthly social media content batches from agreed marketing plans and briefs.
- Writing engaging, on-brand social copy.
- Developing monthly content plans and calendars.
- Adapting content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Identifying relevant trends, content opportunities and topical themes.
- Scheduling and publishing approved content.
- Supporting community management where required.
- Creating briefs for graphics, imagery and video assets.
- Ensuring content reflects each client's tone of voice and objectives.
- Completing final checks across spelling, grammar, links, tags, dates and formatting.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve content performance.
📈 Paid Media / PPC
- Building and managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms.
- Conducting keyword and audience research.
- Structuring and setting up campaigns.
- Managing budgets and bids.
- Developing ad copy.
- Managing conversion tracking and optimisation.
- Monitoring campaigns and identifying performance issues.
- Running A/B tests.
- Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.
- Producing clear performance data and commentary.
- Proactively flagging underperformance, risks and opportunities.
- Working towards agreed client KPIs and objectives.
📧 Email Marketing
- Building and scheduling email marketing campaigns.
- Writing email copy from agreed briefs or working from supplied copy.
- Managing audience lists and segmentation.
- Creating automated journeys and email flows.
- Testing links, formatting and functionality across devices.
- Managing campaign scheduling.
- Monitoring deliverability and campaign performance.
- Analysing open rates, click-through rates, conversions and other agreed KPIs.
- Recommending improvements based on campaign performance.
- Working across platforms such as Mailchimp, MailerLite and other relevant systems.
🎬 Video Editing
- Editing supplied footage into high-quality marketing content.
- Producing short-form video for Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Editing longer-form client videos where required.
- Adding subtitles, graphics, transitions, music and branding.
- Repurposing longer-form footage into multiple short-form assets.
- Following supplied brand guidelines.
- Selecting the strongest footage and identifying opportunities to improve the final product.
- Delivering files in the correct formats and specifications.
- Keeping up to date with evolving social video formats and trends.
✍️ Blog & Content Production
- Writing high-quality blogs, articles and website content.
- Researching unfamiliar sectors and topics efficiently.
- Writing accurately from supplied briefs and source material.
- Adapting tone of voice for different clients and audiences.
- Optimising content for SEO where required.
- Incorporating keywords naturally without compromising quality.
- Producing clear, engaging and well-structured copy.
- Fact-checking content before submission.
- Proofreading all work for grammar, spelling and accuracy.
- Making amendments efficiently following internal review.
- Continuously improving content based on feedback and performance.
🧠 What We're Looking For
We're looking for experienced marketing professionals, not people looking to take their first step into marketing.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven professional marketing experience in one or more of the specialist areas above.
- Have strong hands-on experience within their area of expertise.
- Ideally have previous agency experience or experience managing multiple clients.
- Be comfortable working across multiple brands, industries and projects simultaneously.
- Have excellent written and verbal English.
- Have exceptional attention to detail.
- Be highly organised with excellent time-management skills.
- Be confident interpreting and executing marketing briefs.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Have strong commercial awareness and understand how marketing activity contributes to business objectives.
- Be able to quickly learn new systems, brands, industries and processes.
- Be comfortable receiving feedback and applying it to future work.
- Be proactive rather than simply waiting for instructions.
- Be confident identifying opportunities and making recommendations.
- Have strong problem-solving skills.
- Be reliable and consistent when working to deadlines.
- Be comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload.
Experience with Wrike, HeyOrca or similar project management and social media scheduling platforms would be advantageous.
