We have deep industry insights, relationships, an established client base, proprietary market knowledge and data, a growing technology and SaaS portfolio, strong client results, and significant executive thought leadership. There is a lot to work with. The opportunity now is to bring it together into a sophisticated, scalable marketing function across our brands. That's what we're hiring you to do. The Brief Is Simple Turn strategy into execution. Turn expertise into content. Turn products into compelling propositions. Turn relationships into reach. Turn our client base into an active growth channel. And turn marketing into a measurable pipeline. You'll lead a small team, work directly with the CEO and COO, and have access to capabilities across the wider business. You'll own the marketing operating system and positioning, product marketing, content, campaigns, CRM, client marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, automation, and measurement. We expect you to be strategic enough to know what we should do, commercial enough to understand why, and hands-on enough to make sure it actually happens. Who Are We Looking For? A senior B2B marketer who has built things before. Someone equally comfortable with brand and pipeline, content and data, strategy and execution. You understand how to market services, technology, and SaaS. You know how Marketing, Sales, and Client Success fit together. You use AI and automation as leverage. And you measure success in commercial outcomes, not marketing activity. Most importantly, when presented with a business that already has the relationships, expertise, products, data, and market position, you see the opportunity to build something exceptional.
