The Role Reporting into Investor Relations & Communications, the Marketing Director owns the Admiresty corporate brand and leads marketing strategy at the holding-company level. This is a builder's role at the center of a multi-sector portfolio: you will shape how Admiresty is perceived by investors, talent, partners, and the market, and you will set the standards and shared capabilities that help our operating companies market themselves more effectively. You will partner closely with the executive team, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, and subsidiary marketing leaders. What You'll Do - Own and evolve the Admiresty corporate brand, narrative, and visual identity across all channels and audiences. - Develop and execute the holding-company marketing strategy, aligning corporate positioning with the strategy of the portfolio. - Lead corporate communications, thought leadership, and executive positioning in partnership with the IRC and executive teams. - Establish shared marketing standards, brand governance, and reusable capabilities (design systems, martech, analytics, agency relationships) that operating companies can draw on. - Support Investor Relations with compelling messaging, materials, and market storytelling for the investment community. - Partner with Corporate Development to support the marketing and brand workstreams of acquisitions and integrations. - Build, manage, and mentor a lean marketing team and coordinate a network of subsidiary marketing leaders across regions. - Define KPIs, manage the corporate marketing budget, and report on brand health, reach, and impact. - Oversee the digital presence of the corporate parent, including the corporate website, social channels, and content. What You'll Bring - 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership, ideally within technology, professional services, or a multi-brand/portfolio environment. - Demonstrated success building and scaling a corporate brand and marketing function. - Strong grasp of corporate communications and how marketing intersects with investor relations and a public or institutional-investor audience. - Experience operating across multiple business units, sectors, or geographies, and influencing without direct authority. - Excellent strategic, written, and verbal communication skills, with executive presence. - Data-driven approach to marketing measurement, budgeting, and ROI. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent a plus. Nice to Have - Experience in a holding-company, private-equity portfolio, or M&A-active environment. - Familiarity with marketing technology, brand governance, and shared-service operating models. - Exposure to B2B technology categories (cloud, cybersecurity, data/AI, fintech, semiconductors, health tech).
