Working with a diverse network of stakeholders, including Product Managers, Sector Insight Leads, technical experts, regional marketing teams, and external partners, you will play a key role in the planning and delivery of the global exhibitions and events managed by Strategic Marketing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and collaborative marketer with a passion for creating engaging customer experiences. As well as delivering high-impact events, you will contribute to broader GTM marketing initiatives, helping to maximise customer engagement, commercial impact and return on investment while exploring new approaches, technologies and event formats that enhance our marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the global Go-to-Market events calendar, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment with business priorities, product launches and campaign objectives.
  • Build and manage event project plans, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring milestones, budgets and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Manage event budgets, purchase orders and supplier relationships, ensuring effective delivery and measurable return on investment.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Sector Insight Leads and technical experts to develop engaging demonstrations and exhibition experiences that highlight key products, technologies, and solutions.
  • Lead speaker identification and management, coordinating internal experts, customers, partners and third-party presenters.
  • Coordinate the development of event and campaign assets, including presentations, landing pages, email campaigns, exhibitor materials and promotional content.
  • Work closely with digital and campaign teams to enable effective lead capture, nurture and follow-up activities.
  • Support Regional Marketing teams in planning and delivering exhibitions that meet global brand, messaging, and operational standards.
  • Coordinate event logistics and communications, working with contractors, stand builders, suppliers, speakers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Measure and report on event and campaign performance, including attendance, engagement, lead quality, pipeline influence, and key learnings, using insights to improve future activity.
  • Research emerging event formats, technologies, and engagement approaches, evaluating opportunities to introduce digital, virtual or hybrid experiences that enhance the customer journey.
  • Support the planning and delivery of integrated GTM campaigns, collaborating with the wider marketing team to deliver coordinated marketing activity.

Skills/Experience:
  • At least three years’ experience in event marketing, exhibition management, or a related marketing role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience managing budgets, suppliers, or external agencies.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is desirable.
  • An interest in new technologies and approaches that enhance the customer journey.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to support exhibitions and events.
