Marketing Executive

At Health & Virtuals, we build structured, reliable support systems for healthcare practices across the United States, placing trained remote professionals into real operational workflows that keep practices running smoothly and predictably.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who can create strong content, manage multiple brand channels and use performance data to improve marketing results.

You will write most of the content we publish, manage day-to-day social media activity and analyze whether our marketing is generating meaningful outcomes, particularly enquiries and bookings.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Writing

Content creation will make up a significant part of your week. You will be responsible for writing and editing:

• Service and location pages for our clinics
• SEO-focused blog posts based on questions patients genuinely ask.
• Email newsletters and marketing campaigns
• Social media copy across multiple brands
• Campaign landing pages
• Professional responses to patient reviews
• Website and promotional copy as required

You will ensure that all content is clear, accurate, engaging and consistent with each brand’s tone of voice.

Marketing Performance and Analysis

You will look beyond impressions and website traffic to understand whether our marketing activity is producing enquiries, bookings and other meaningful actions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the performance of website pages, campaigns and social content
• Using GA4 and other reporting tools to answer marketing questions
• Preparing monthly reports on what is working, what is underperforming and what should change
• Testing headlines, content formats and calls to action
• Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates
• Making practical, evidence-based recommendations to the Head of Marketing

Social Media Management

You will manage the content calendar and day-to-day social media activity across all brands.

This will include:

• Planning and maintaining the social media calendar
• Writing, scheduling and publishing content
• Responding to comments and direct messages
• Escalating clinical or sensitive enquiries to the appropriate team member
• Monitoring audience engagement and content performance
• Preparing clear creative briefs for designers
• Ensuring content is accurate, relevant and aligned with each brand

Website and Conversion Support

You will regularly review our websites from a user’s perspective and identify issues that may prevent visitors from making an enquiry or booking an appointment.

You will not be expected to design or develop websites. However, you will be expected to identify problems, explain why they matter and prepare clear briefs for the people responsible for fixing them.

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years of professional marketing content-writing experience
• Excellent written English and a portfolio of relevant work
• The ability to write clear, persuasive and audience-focused content
• Practical knowledge of SEO, including keyword use, page titles, headings, search intent and on-page optimisation
• Confidence using GA4 to investigate performance and answer specific questions
• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organisation
• Experience planning content across multiple channels or brands
• A strong eye for page structure, readability anduser experience
• The ability to manage several priorities and meet deadlines
• Good judgement when handling sensitive, clinical or patient-facing communication

Good to have:

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, medical or clinical marketing
• Experience using WordPress Familiarity with Mailchimp, Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platformBasic working knowledgeof Canva or Figma

Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (EST)
