Marketing Executive (PR + Event) Details about this role Employment : Full-Time Location : Hong Kong (remote work possible for part of the week) Team : Working within the HK Sales & Marketing team What you will be responsible for This role focuses on end-to-end event management, event marketing, and post-event data analysis to drive brand visibility, high-quality lead generation, and sales support. Responsibilities include: Lead Generation & Sales Support: Supporting the sales team by driving high-quality leads to consultations through targeted event-driven marketing campaigns. Event Planning & Execution: Planning, coordinating, and executing local marketing events, workshops, webinars, and initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and outstanding attendee experiences. Content & Promotion: Creating and localising event-related content in both English and Chinese, including event descriptions, landing pages, email invitations, and promotional collateral. Digital Collaboration: Partnering with the digital marketing team to optimise online content, social posts, and paid ads to maximize event registration and attendance. Post-Event Data Analysis: Monitoring and evaluating event success metrics (e.g., registration-to-attendee conversion, cost-per-lead, attendee satisfaction, and sales conversion rates). Reporting & Insights: Analyzing customer behaviour, user engagement, and event ROI to prepare detailed progress reports and data-driven recommendations for future event strategies. Skills we are looking for Note: Fresh graduates with relevant internship, university society, or project experience in event coordination are welcome and encouraged to apply! Event Management Expertise: Proven experience in planning and executing both physical and virtual events from concept to completion. Data Literacy & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to track event metrics, analyze post-event data, and translate numbers into actionable marketing insights. Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus). Digital Promotion Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing) to effectively promote local events. Project Management: Creative thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight event deadlines.
