Job Description This is a remote position. Marketing Executive (Lead Generation & Automation) Hours: 20 hours per week Part time role We're working with a growing digital agency that partners with ambitious online businesses to improve customer acquisition and conversion. With an established content strategy, engaged audience and proven marketing assets already in place, they're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of turning marketing activity into qualified sales opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys connecting the dots between content, marketing automation and lead generation, ensuring every campaign has a clear purpose and measurable commercial outcome. The Role You'll take ownership of the demand generation function, ensuring marketing activity consistently generates qualified conversations for the business. You'll optimise existing campaigns, improve lead nurturing and build scalable marketing processes that support business growth. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns designed to generate qualified leads rather than engagement alone. Create email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences that guide prospects through the buying journey. Manage webinar promotion, registration journeys and post-event follow-up campaigns. Build and optimise landing pages, lead magnets and conversion pathways. Create marketing assets using Canva and publish website updates through the CMS. Develop automated workflows connecting lead capture, CRM activity and follow-up communications using automation tools such as Make or Zapier. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and continually optimise conversion rates. Manage CRM data and ensure leads progress through appropriate nurture journeys. Work closely with the business owner to continuously improve marketing performance and pipeline generation. About You You'll be comfortable taking ownership of marketing funnels from beginning to end and understand that successful demand generation extends far beyond creating content. You'll ideally be able to demonstrate examples of campaigns you've personally built and explain: The objective. The funnel structure. The automation used. The outcome achieved. How you optimised performance over time. You naturally think about the complete customer journey—from first interaction through to enquiry or booked meeting. Skills & Experience We're looking for someone with experience in: Building and optimising B2B lead generation funnels. Marketing automation platforms such as Make, Zapier or similar. CRM management and lead nurturing. Email marketing and behavioural automation. Landing page optimisation and conversion-focused campaigns. B2B copywriting. Canva. Website content management systems such as Webflow or similar. Campaign reporting and performance analysis. You'll Be Successful If You Think commercially as well as creatively. Enjoy improving existing systems and processes. Can work independently and take ownership of marketing activity. Understand how marketing automation, CRM systems and content work together. Focus on generating qualified leads rather than vanity metrics. Are proactive, organised and continually looking for ways to improve results. Desirable Experience Experience working within a digital agency or marketing agency. Experience marketing to B2B audiences. Exposure to e-commerce or digital businesses. Familiarity with webinar marketing and lead nurturing campaigns. Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows.
