Marketing Graphic Designer

Marketing Graphic Designer Remote: Latin America only (Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, El Salvador) Schedule: Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM PST (40 hrs) USD Salary: Up to $12 per hour ( $1,900- $2,000 Monthly) We are looking for a Graphic designer that is a commercially minded B2B designer who can translate complex business and marketing content into polished, executive-ready visual assets. This is not an e-commerce, Amazon listing, or product-design role . The designer will own visual execution across the corporate brand and support the VP of Marketing with marketing campaigns, sales enablement, events, paid social, and digital experiences. We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of design principles, along with experience with combining an artistic talent with a strong commercial focus. The ideal candidate has professional experience designing for B2B software, technology, SaaS, or professional services organizations and has a portfolio demonstrating strong marketing, branding, sales collateral, and digital design. Responsibilities Marketing & Sales Design sales decks and executive presentations. Create one-pagers, case studies, brochures, and marketing collateral. Transform whitepapers, research, and other dense content into visually engaging assets. Support Sales and Marketing teams with presentation and collateral design. Digital & Paid Advertising Create LinkedIn advertising creative and other digital ad assets. Design website and social media graphics. Create visual assets for marketing campaigns. Develop creative for professional B2B audiences. Events Design event invitations and promotional materials. Create booth graphics, signage, and other event assets. Support visual branding for major events and summits. Web Design visual layouts and graphics for campaign landing pages. Create assets for event registration pages. Support web-ready marketing designs. Brand & Quality Maintain consistency across the corporate visual identity. Follow brand guidelines, typography, layout, and visual standards. Proofread designs for spelling, accuracy, and clarity. Ensure final materials are client- and prospect-ready. Workflow Manage multiple design requests simultaneously. Prioritize projects according to deadlines and marketing needs. Communicate project status and timelines. Work independently in a flexible, part-time environment. 2+ years of professional Graphic Design experience. Direct B2B design experience. Professional experience creating marketing or sales collateral. Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial marketing and branding work. Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and branding. Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred B2B SaaS, software, technology, or professional-services experience. LinkedIn advertising design. Sales deck/executive presentation design. Whitepaper and case-study design. Event/conference design. Landing-page design. Figma.
