Your Role

We're in business to save our home planet. The Marketing GTM Planner supports the EMEA seasonal Marketing Go-To-Market (GTM) planning process by coordinating timelines, maintaining planning tools and documentation, tracking milestones and dependencies, and facilitating information flow across teams. The role provides operational support, structure, and visibility to help teams deliver against agreed marketing plans and planning milestones. Working within established processes and frameworks, the Marketing GTM Planner supports cross-functional alignment, escalates risks or delays to relevant stakeholders, and contributes to consistent execution of seasonal GTM activities across the region.

Your Main Tasks

  • Seasonal Marketing GTM Planning

    • Support the development and maintenance of the EMEA seasonal Marketing GTM plan.

    • Coordinate planning inputs from Brand Marketing, Channel Marketing, Regional Marketing, Environmental Activism and other stakeholders.

    • Maintain timelines, planning documents, and milestone tracking to ensure visibility across teams.

    • Coordinate planning milestones, status tracking, reporting, and dependency visibility throughout the seasonal planning cycle.

    Cross-functional orchestration

    • Facilitate communication across teams involved in seasonal planning.

    • Track dependencies and follow up on actions, deadlines, and deliverables.

    • Escalate potential risks or delays to functional owners and leadership where appropriate.

    • Support information flow between teams to maintain alignment against agreed plans and timelines.

    GTM process administration

    • Coordinate planning meetings and key GTM milestones throughout the season. Prepare materials, track actions, document decisions, and maintain planning resources that support alignment across the organization.

    • Support the delivery of major GTM moments including: EMEA Marketing Meetings, Pre-Season Alignments, EMEA Sales Meetings, Global Brand Summits and Workshops

    Marketing sample orders coordination

    • Coordinate the seasonal marketing sample planning process.

    • Track timelines, gather requirements from stakeholders, and maintain visibility on sample requests and allocations.

    • Liaise with Product, Marketplace, Brand, PR, Regional Marketing and Global teams to support delivery against agreed plans.

    Reporting and Visibility

    • Maintain GTM calendars, planning dashboards, and status updates.

    • Provide regular visibility on milestones, dependencies, and upcoming deliverables to support stakeholder alignment.

    Continuous improvement

    • Document seasonal learnings and support improvements to GTM planning processes, templates, and tools, enabling consistency and planning discipline.

    • Help identify opportunities, support the implementation of agreed improvements to simplify ways of working and improve visibility across teams.

What we’re looking for

  • An inclusive mindset

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, marketing operations, or GTM planning support

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills

  • Ability to manage timelines and multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Experience working with planning and collaboration tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Proactive approach to following up and keeping projects on track

  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, planning milestones, and deadlines within established processes and frameworks

  • Experience tracking project status, dependencies, risks, and action items to support timely delivery.

  • Strong documentation, reporting, and information management skills

  • Ability to support meetings, facilitate information sharing, and maintain alignment across cross-functional teams

  • Ability to identify potential risks or delays and escalate them appropriately to relevant stakeholders.

  • Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities
