Papyri is a Dubai-based, surface design studio exploring the intersection of materials, surfaces, objects and sculptural furniture.

Rooted in the cultural and tactile qualities of papyrus, the studio develops innovative architectural surfaces and material applications that translate ancient fibres into a contemporary design language.

We’re looking for a creative and curious Marketing Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship.

Remote or Dubai-based.

Job Description

If you love design, storytelling, branding and discovering new ways to communicate creative ideas, this one’s for you.

You’ll work across content, campaigns, launches, outreach and brand development — helping shape how Papyri connects with the worlds of design, architecture, interiors, retail and hospitality.

What you’ll be working on:

• Social media planning and content creation

• Instagram and LinkedIn content

• Campaign concepts and visual moodboards

• Content calendars and launch planning

• Brand storytelling and copywriting

• Researching designers, architects, brands and potential collaborators

• PR, outreach and contact-list development

• Email marketing and newsletters

• Supporting photoshoots, events and product launches

• Developing creative ideas around Papyri materials, products and collections

• Supporting presentations and marketing materials

We’d love to meet you if you have:

• A background in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Design or a related field

• Strong written and visual communication skills

• A good eye for design, imagery and storytelling

• Interest in architecture, interiors, fashion, materials and culture

• Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn and digital content

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools

• Strong research and organisational skills

• The ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table

This is a 3-month unpaid internship / training opportunity with hands-on involvement in real campaigns, product launches, new collections, events and brand development.

Location: Remote or Dubai-based

Duration: 3 months
