Home Join our team Explore opportunities Req ID Posted Function Location Req ID: 98994 Function: Marketing Posted: Aug 26, 2026 Location: REGIONAL MARKETING INTERN The Regional Marketing Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the regional marketing team with daily operations, ensuring effective communication, organizing sample redistribution, and assisting with detailed market analyses. THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! As our Regional Marketing Intern, you will support the regional marketing team in executing daily operational tasks, coordinating marketing communications, managing product sample redistribution, and consolidating market insights and trend analyses to support strategic decision-making across regional markets. You will be reporting to Regional Marketing Senior Manager, and you will manage: Market & Competitor Intelligence Conduct competitor benchmarking across fragrance, makeup and skincare categories. Track competitor launches, pricing and positioning across key markets. Summarize insights to support regional marketing decision-making. Beauty Trend & Consumer Insights Monitor emerging beauty trends across social media, retail and industry sources. Identify evolving consumer behaviors and product innovation trends. Consolidate insights into reports for the regional team. Market Data & Performance Analytics Utilize Beaute Research to track brand rankings and category performance. Monitor door productivity and product performance across markets. Translate data into clear summaries to support regional strategy discussions. Regional Marketing Coordination Support communication between regional and local market teams. Track action points and assist with follow-ups on key initiatives. Assist in preparing internal marketing updates and presentations. Sample & Fragrance Testing Management Manage the ordering of samples and maintain the sample cupboard. Coordinate sample allocation and redistribution across markets. Organize internal fragrance blind tests and consolidate participant feedback. Support the team in translating results into insights for forecast planning. YOU ARE A COTY FIT As a curious, analytical and proactive individual, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn while taking ownership of your work. Undergraduate students are able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 6 months. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook). Strong analytical and organizational skills. Interest in consumer goods, beauty, makeup or fragrance industries. Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
