Marketing Lead

Plaza Mariachi is seeking a Marketing Lead to help grow our audience and drive excitement around our events. This hybrid role requires on-site presence to capture content, connect with guests and partners, and understand the energy of the space, along with off-site work to post, promote, and follow up digitally. The ideal candidate takes initiative, thinks creatively about growth and partnerships, understands live events and multicultural audiences, and executes with minimal supervision. Takes initiative in booking and explores new promoters and trends.
