Apply We usually respond within a week Location: Onsite - Birkirkara, Malta (4 days per week in office) Reporting to: Head of Marketing Your mission Manage and grow relationships with DACH-based influencers and streamers for our casino brand Develop and execute localized influencer campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement within the DACH market Identify, vet, and onboard new streamer partners in line with company objectives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and performance targets Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate influencer amplification efforts and content creation Monitor and report on influencer performance metrics, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion Stay updated on regional trends and competitor activity in the DACH gaming and streaming space Support coordination of marketing projects, including clipping teams, streamer management, and influencer amplification Assist with broader marketing infrastructure, including affiliate system management and P&L reporting What You Bring Proven experience managing influencer or streamer relationships, ideally within iGaming, casino, or a related regulated vertical Strong English communication skills - essential for engaging DACH-based talent and internal stakeholders Solid understanding of the DACH streaming and content creator ecosystem (Twitch, Kick, YouTube) and what drives engagement in that market A network or track record of identifying and onboarding streamer partners, with an eye for brand fit and long-term value Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing efforts - content, clipping teams, and amplification campaigns Comfort working with performance data - reach, engagement, conversion - and turning it into actionable optimization Familiarity with affiliate systems and basic P&L reporting is a strong plus A proactive, organized approach - you can manage multiple partner relationships and projects without things falling through the cracks Genuine interest in the casino/gaming and streaming space, and an understanding of regional trends and competitor activity What's in it for you? 🚀 Make Serious Waves The chance to make a tangible impact in a switched-on, ambitious, and fast-paced startup culture.
