As our team keeps growing, we are looking to hire a Marketing Lead - Energy Markets.

In this role, you will get to work with international clientele and contacts. You will plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, email, website, webinars, sponsorships, events, etc.) to increase brand awareness and lead generation. You will be in contact with data and energy analysts to produce insightful content across main channels. You will be leading a growing team toward success and growing client base.

The role will include:

• Campaign Strategy, Coordination and Execution: Leading and executing B2B marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal analysts’ team for marketing content.

• Events’ planning, coordination and Execution: Identifying and evaluating events, sponsorships and webinars opportunities to enhance brand awareness and leads’ opportunities.

• Identifying and evaluating B2B marketing partnerships: Identifying and evaluating partnerships and opportunities with marketing companies, events’ organizers and industry associations.

• Website & Social Media Ownership: Scheduling and organizing social media posting (primarily LinkedIn), managing the company’s website, driving website and social media upgrades for increasing brand awareness.

• Reporting Marketing & KPIs Performance: Reporting internally and to management marketing campaigns, events, webinars and sponsorship results through short reports or slides. Assessing quarterly marketing KPIs’ achievements, originally set by the management.

• Coordinating internal marketing training sessions: Educating the analysts’ team in marketing and posting, relevant for marketing campaigns across social media.

• Review and standardize deliverables’ format: Review and standardize deliverables’ format and graphics. The main deliverables consist on Power Points, Excel files and report deliverables.

We require you to have:

• 2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing position – ideally in the energy field.
• Interest in building a career in marketing within the energy sector.
• Natural inclination for design, messaging, and storytelling – and enjoy shaping content that’s both visually appealing and aligned with strategy.
• Clear understanding what makes good B2B content work and are comfortable helping to create and coordinate formats like blog posts, LinkedIn content, or case studies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Interest in a leadership and coordinating role.
