Marketing Manager

We are looking for a B2B Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate thrives in driving the brand marketing strategy that supports Pathmonk’s growth goals by building a modern marketing program, including branding, channels, tools, analytics, and marketing operations. Also we encourage our employees, in addition to their regular projects, to spend 20% of their time working on what they think will most benefit Pathmonk, specially around Pathmonk Climate, our initiative to make the internet a cleaner space and help with climate change. Responsibilities and Duties: In charge of creating & evolving a marketing strategy that supports Pathmonk’s overarching business goals Develop a deep understanding of Pathmonk’s target market, including buyer personas, key uses cases, and customer needs Evolve Pathmonk’s brand positioning & messaging Craft engaging and high-quality marketing collateral using every medium (videos, keynotes, slides, etc.) and channels (web copy, webinars, events, sales decks, etc.) Define experiences and content that meet the needs of visitors at every stage of the buying journey, filling content gaps via collaboration with content creators Be accountable for marketing KPIs across awareness, acquisition, engagement, and pipeline Required Qualifications and Skills: 2+ years Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS technology company Track record with a modern marketing mix; developed brand narratives, created thought leadership content and navigated marketing analytics Strong business acumen and the ability to execute marketing strategies designed to establish market presence, accelerate demand and increase revenue Proven successful experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including B2B sales teams & designers to deliver visual assets that adhere to brand standards Stand out verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Previous start-up experience is a huge plus Past experience working with complex SaaS product solutions An understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics Salary and Benefits: Some of the benefits we offer are: 25 days of paid vacation per year High quality equipments Team Meetup Events (trips, activities, etc) Free Gym (we pay for the gym or sport activity of your choice) Individual learning & development plans to support you in your role & career Remote work The salary for this role is 40.000€ per year + Bonus
