Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you own how the market comes to understand that — and why it matters now. You'll build the always-on motion that makes Validio the name in agentic data management: campaigns across email, social, web, and content that helps Sales close, and the translation of a genuinely technical product into outcomes a business leader acts on. You'll own programs from strategy through delivery, and choose the ones that move the number. What you'll do Position Validio as the leader in agentic data management across the channels where we interact with our audience Build a drumbeat marketing motion, executing always-on campaigns across email, social, web Develop content and collateral that communicates real outcomes from technical capabilities Use data and insight to kill what isn't working and double down on what is Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive joint commercial success Flex into events, brand, or wherever the business needs you next as we scale What you'll bring 5+ years within B2B software marketing, including technical products and technical audiences Hands-on experience running email and social across HubSpot, LinkedIn, and similar tools Comfortable working in a CMS (Prismic) and managing web content An eye for design and comfort with tools like Figma, Google Workspace and Claude Design Ability to track and report on performance through Google Analytics, HubSpot Excellent written and verbal English, and the ability to create credible technical content yourself A commercial mindset — you connect product strengths to go-to-market and to revenue The autonomy to prioritize your own work in ambiguity, and the instinct to try, measure, and learn Bonus points for Experience from fast-growing startups, where you wore several hats and liked it Familiarity with data teams, data infrastructure, or the data quality space Why Validio Founded in Sweden in 2019, we're trusted by data-driven enterprises like Nordea, Canva, and Truecaller.
