Marketing Manager

We’re looking for more than just a marketer — we’re looking for someone who can become the right hand of our Head of Marketing and help us build and grow the EZaff brand.

If you want to create exciting projects, attend international conferences, come up with creative campaigns, and aren’t afraid to be in front of the camera — you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

• Act as the right hand of the Head of Marketing;
• Keep track of deadlines and coordinate tasks across projects;
• Help prepare and organize conferences, events, and other marketing activities;
• Manage orders for merchandise, printed materials, and promotional assets;
• Communicate with partners and external contacts;
• Assist with organizing photoshoots, video production, and content creation;
• Generate ideas for marketing activities and help bring them to life.

• A woman based in Kyiv;
• Someone genuinely interested in marketing and eager to grow professionally;
• Organized, responsible, and proactive;
• Creative, with a good eye for aesthetics, style, and visual details;
• Well-presented, comfortable in front of the camera, and willing to participate in Reels, YouTube, and other content;
• English-speaking(B2), with enough confidence to communicate with international partners and attend conferences abroad;
• Someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and likes that no two days are exactly the same.

• Experience in marketing, SMM, events, or affiliate marketing;
• Experience working with contractors, agencies, or event organization.
