Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in the offshore staffing and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry and a strong ability to manage and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and design all internal marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the company's branding and messaging.

• Client-Specific Presentations: Create customized, high-impact presentation materials tailored to prospective and existing clients.

• Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies, to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to position the company effectively and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and client needs.

• Brand Management: Maintain a consistent and professional company image across all marketing materials and communications.

• Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key marketing metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve performance.

Role Requirements:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience in the offshore staffing or BPO industry.

• Strong skills in graphic design, presentation tools, and content management systems.

• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
