LummeCo is growing rapidly and expanding into new international markets. We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing across LummeCo Group – in Finland, Norway and future markets.

This is a key role in making our strategy for 2029 a success. Your mission is to build a clear, recognisable and internationally scalable brand – and most importantly, create demand for our services in every market we operate in.

You’ll work closely with our Managing Directors and business leaders across different countries, as well as our external partners. You’ll also be part of the LummeCo Group Leadership Team.

What you’ll do

Your key responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of our existing marketing systems and processes
• Developing and executing our digital marketing
• Planning and running marketing campaigns
• Sharpening and aligning our external communication across markets
• Measuring marketing performance and making decisions based on data
• Building a brand and marketing model that can scale internationally

This is a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys both thinking strategically and executing in practice.

What we’re looking for

We believe you’ll succeed in this role if you:

• Learn extremely quickly
• Are entrepreneurial and highly execution-oriented
• Can form your own opinions and argue them
• Think strategically and commercially
• Have a strong aesthetic and visual sense
• Understand digital marketing performance and analytics
• Have experience planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Have experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
• Are comfortable making independent decisions
• Work well with different kinds of people

Language requirement: English + two of the following: Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish.

We also value graphic design, photography and website skills.
