About the Role
· Generate qualified leads and directly support revenue growth targets.
· Strengthen relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry associations.
· Equip sales teams with effective marketing tools, collateral, and resources.
· Maintain and elevate the company’s reputation and digital presence.
· Execute high-impact marketing campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives.
· Ensure strategic alignment between marketing, sales, operations, and leadership.
· Measure, analyze, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
· Manage annual marketing calendars, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
· Plan and oversee lead-generation activities across digital, traditional, and relationship marketing channels.
· Manage marketing budgets and track campaign effectiveness against measurable KPIs.
· Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
· Provide targeted marketing support across all sales team verticals.
· Coordinate promotional item purchasing, sourcing, and inventory management.
· Conduct weekly sales and marketing alignment communications for each vertical.
· Support business development through targeted campaigns, networking, and relationship-building activities.
· Serve as the marketing liaison for industry associations and member organizations, including BOMA, IREM, IFMA, OHLA, OALA, CAA, CAI, and other strategic organizations.
· Coordinate sponsorships, advertising placements, trade show participation, and networking events.
· Oversee SEO and PPC strategies, budgets, and vendor relationships.
· Manage website content, updates, and ongoing optimization.
· Monitor and improve online reputation through review management across Google, Facebook, BBB, and other platforms.
· Implement email marketing campaigns and customer communication tracks.
· Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance and recommend continuous improvements.
· Create compelling social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, case studies, video, photography, and print marketing collateral.
· Utilize Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools to produce professional marketing assets.
· Coordinate professional photography and video projects, including site visits and company events.
· Protect and enhance the company’s reputation through proactive brand management.
· Manage trade show participation from initial planning through post-event follow-up.
· Coordinate golf outings, sponsorships, community events, and networking opportunities.
· Provide on-site operational support for marketing and business development events.
· Strengthen the company’s community presence through strategic engagement and sponsorship.
· Promote cross-departmental alignment through clear, consistent communication strategies.
· Develop customer-facing communications, marketing campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
· Manage distribution lists and support public relations opportunities as appropriate.
· Coordinate production and on-time delivery of marketing materials and promotional items.
· Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate cost-effective solutions.
· Manage ServiceMaster corporate marketing requirements, initiatives, and brand standards.
· Maintain documentation and reporting related to local marketing expenses.
· Coordinate co-op marketing programs and reimbursement submissions.
· Ensure all marketing activities comply with corporate brand guidelines.
· Develop marketing performance reports and dashboard summaries for leadership.
· Track KPIs including lead generation, campaign performance, event ROI, website traffic, social engagement, and brand awareness.
· Support onboarding and orientation for new sales team members.
· Maintain marketing systems, databases, and organizational tools.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required.
· Demonstrated experience managing both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
· Experience coordinating events, trade shows, and sponsorship programs.
· Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, social media management, and marketing analytics tools.
· Strong strategic marketing, planning, content creation, copywriting, graphic design, social media, SEO/PPC, event planning, relationship management, project management, data analysis, reporting, budget management, vendor negotiation, and communication skills.
· Works closely with the Sales Team, Operations Team, Human Resources, Corporate Marketing Partners, Industry Organizations & Referral Partners, and Marketing Vendors & Suppliers.
