About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager to join a collaborative team supporting key marketing initiatives within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Candidates must have 57 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience. We are specifically looking for someone who has worked at the Marketing Manager level and understands the unique requirements of pharmaceutical marketing, including promotional review processes, cross-functional collaboration, agency/vendor management, and compliant marketing materials.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced pharmaceutical marketer who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on project execution and cross-functional coordination.

What Youll Do

• Manage multiple pharmaceutical marketing projects, timelines, workstreams, and deliverables from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes, including review preparation, meeting coordination, follow-up questions, approvals, and workflow management.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement, Compliance, Commercial Excellence, and agency teams.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and payer marketing partners.
• Support the development, routing, maintenance, and updating of promotional and field-facing materials.
• Coordinate conference planning, sponsorship activities, and supporting marketing materials.
• Support payer marketing initiatives, product launches, and patient support program activities.
• Track marketing budgets, vendor spend, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain marketing trackers, project plans, meeting notes, action items, and SharePoint documentation.
• Support regulatory labeling updates and coordinate updates to existing product materials.
• Gather and organize payer and competitive insights for cross-functional discussions.
• Prepare, polish, and format presentations and other materials for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Commercial Excellence and other partners on data collection, analytics, and situational analysis requests.

What Were Looking For

Required:

• 57 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• Previous experience operating at a Marketing Manager level strongly preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience supporting pharmaceutical promotional review processes, including coordination with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Procurement, and agency partners.
• At least 12 years of project management experience, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of working within a regulated pharmaceutical marketing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience tracking budgets, vendor activities, project documentation, and action items.
• Ability to work independently, proactively follow up with stakeholders, and drive projects forward with limited day-to-day oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create polished, stakeholder-ready materials.

Preferred Experience

• Payer marketing experience.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biopharma, or healthcare marketing.
• Experience supporting product launches, patient support programs, field reimbursement teams, or market access initiatives.
• Experience working with SharePoint and cross-functional marketing teams.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
