At Imagine Everything, we're rethinking how technology serves K–12 education. Since 2018, we've partnered with school districts to build innovative, affordable software that solves real problems for educators, administrators, students, and families.
We're a team of developers, designers, strategists, and creative thinkers who believe great ideas deserve great execution. We're collaborative, ambitious, occasionally a little unconventional, and genuinely enjoy what we do.
We've built something we're proud of. Now we need help telling our story to a larger audience.
We're hiring a Marketing Manager who knows how to turn attention into interest, interest into opportunity, and opportunity into measurable growth.
We want someone who can think strategically on Monday, launch something on Tuesday, and tell us what's working as the results come in.
You'll own our marketing engine, from initial discovery through to qualified sales opportunities. You'll report to our COO while working closely with our CEO, Founder, Creative Director, and sales team to run campaigns that deliver tangible results.
- Own our digital presence. Lead our website refresh and ongoing maintenance and drive search and AI visibility (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.), plus paid campaigns, so school district decision-makers find our products when researching solutions. You'll own the messaging, content, and keyword strategy, and work with our creative team on design, build, and technical SEO.
- Build a content engine. Write, publish and collaborate with our team to produce articles, case studies, and thought leadership on a steady schedule to ensure Imagine Everything remains a trusted voice in K–12 technology across North America
- Generate qualified leads. Build and optimize marketing funnels through organic search, paid advertising, email, social media, and targeted campaigns across Canadian and U.S. markets.
- Plan ahead. Build and maintain a rolling 3- to 6-month marketing and content calendar so our creative and sales teams can plan their work around it.
- Generate qualified leads. Build and optimize marketing funnels through organic search, paid advertising, email, social media, and targeted campaigns across Canadian and U.S. markets.
- Earn media attention. Develop relationships with journalists, publications, and industry influencers. Turn our innovations, customer success stories, and expertise into coverage worth talking about.
- Make events count. Keep us on top of the conference schedule. Recommend where we should be, then plan and promote our presence at conferences, trade shows, and industry events, with clear objectives, lead capture, follow-up, and a clear return on investment.
- Connect marketing to sales. Work directly with our sales team to set lead-qualification standards, track conversion rates, and continuously improve pipeline quality and volume so sales can stay focused on building relationships and closing deals.
- Find our next markets. Research where our products fit best in the U.S. and help us identify the regions where a dedicated account manager makes sense.
- Measure everything that matters. Build dashboards and reporting that connect marketing investments to qualified opportunities, pipeline value, acquisition costs, and revenue.
- Experiment relentlessly. Test ideas, recognize what isn't working, pivot quickly, and scale what delivers results.
You're a builder, a problem solver, and someone who takes ownership without being asked.
You bring:
- 4+ years of experience planning and running B2B marketing campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO (content and technical), analytics, digital advertising, conversion optimization, and emerging AI discovery platforms.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling messages.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, campaign attribution, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency with AI tools to work faster, with a high bar for checking and editing their output so the final work feels genuine and reads as if it came from a person.
- Working knowledge of CASL and the privacy expectations that come with marketing to public institutions, plus the care to write accurately about sensitive topics like online student safety.
- The confidence to engage media outlets, industry leaders, and executive-level decision-makers.
- A sense of urgency, personal accountability, and the resourcefulness to get things done.
- The ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term execution, without losing momentum.
Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise B2B marketing is a definite advantage, as is familiarity with the U.S. K–12 market. Understanding public-sector procurement and longer sales cycles is a strong asset.
Most importantly, you're a doer. You're comfortable rolling up your sleeves, writing content, building campaigns, analyzing results, and making the next move. You can make an impact with a small team and a lean budget.
You'll work directly with our leadership team, influence our growth strategy, and have the freedom to experiment with new ideas.
We're a fun, creative team doing work that matters to schools, students, and families. We're fully remote, offer unlimited paid time off and health benefits, and get together in person a few times a year.
We value curiosity, initiative, smart risks, healthy debate, and people who challenge the status quo.
We celebrate wins, learn from failures, and believe that making a mistake while pursuing a great idea beats doing nothing at all.
We expect some ideas to miss. What matters is finding out quickly, learning something, and moving on.
If you're energized by building something, love seeing your work turn into tangible business results, and want to help take a growing Canadian technology company across North America, we'd love to hear from you.
We’re also building a team around this role, with clear opportunities for career growth and advancement.
Show us what you've built, what you've accomplished, and what you'd love to tackle next.
