Marketing Manager | Keplin Group Limited | Uxbridge, Hybrid
Keplin Group is hiring an HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team at Blake House, Cowley Business Park, Uxbridge.
We're a fast-moving, multi-brand consumer goods business selling across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and D2C - with licensed partnerships including Disney and Bluey. As we scale, we need someone organised and proactive to help coordinate our end-to-end recruitment activity and support wider HR operations across the business.
Keplin Group is a fast-growing, multi-brand e-commerce powerhouse with a diverse portfolio spanning home, garden, kitchen, fitness, travel, toys and beyond. We move fast, think commercially and build brands that people actually want to buy from - across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop and our own D2C channels.
With 11+ brands and a team that thrives on ambition, creativity and results, there's never a dull moment at Keplin. We're not looking for someone to tick boxes — we want a marketer who's hungry to make their mark, shape brand stories and drive real commercial impact across an exciting and varied portfolio.
If you're ready to step into a role where your ideas actually get heard, your work gets seen and your impact gets measured - this is it.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you'll take ownership of coordinating and delivering marketing activity across the Keplin Group portfolio. This is a genuinely hands-on role - part strategist, part executor - built for someone who gets energy from a fast-paced e-commerce environment and wants to see the direct results of their work.
You'll be central to developing brand presence, driving customer acquisition and retention, growing organic social channels and sharpening CRM and email performance — working closely with social media, copywriting, SEO and project management teams across the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Support development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple brands
- Work closely with the Creative Director to deliver brand-building initiatives and commercial campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activity
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning
CRM & Email Marketing
- Lead planning and execution of email marketing campaigns across the business
- Build and optimise customer journeys, automated email flows and retention campaigns
- Develop strategies to increase customer engagement, repeat purchases and lifetime value
- Segment audiences and personalise communications to improve performance
- Analyse campaign performance and implement continuous improvements
- Support development and implementation of customer loyalty and rewards programmes
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Support growth of organic social media channels across multiple brands
- Work with the social media team to develop content plans and campaign strategies
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, community growth and brand visibility
- Coordinate content creation with internal and external creative teams
- Ensure content aligns with wider marketing objectives and brand guidelines
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
- Support marketing initiatives across Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to improve organic search visibility and website performance
- Coordinate blog content, landing pages and supporting marketing materials
- Work alongside copywriters and designers to create compelling customer-facing content
- Support digital campaigns and promotional activity across key sales channels
PR, Influencer & Events
- Identify opportunities for PR coverage, influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
- Assist with media outreach and relationship management
- Support planning and execution of trade shows, events and brand activations
- Coordinate marketing support materials for exhibitions, launches and promotional events
Team Coordination & Project Management
- Coordinate marketing activity across internal teams and external partners
- Manage campaign timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
- Help prioritise workloads and ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of marketing processes
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Monitor and report on marketing performance across channels
- Track key metrics including customer acquisition, retention, engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior management
- Use data and customer insights to inform future marketing activity and decision-making
What You'll Bring:
Essential:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline - or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Experience - 7-10 years' experience in a marketing, brand or digital marketing role
- Experience within e-commerce, retail, consumer goods or D2C businesses
- Strong understanding of CRM and email marketing principles
- Experience planning and delivering campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
