Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who will report directly to the leadership team, driving the company’s marketing and brand strategy initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader capable of rapid ideation and agile execution in response to evolving market demands and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, leading a remote marketing team while aligning closely with the company’s overarching objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Direct and support a remote marketing team, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence. Recruit, mentor, and retain top marketing talent.

• Strategic Marketing Planning and Agile Execution: Develop strategic marketing plans that align with Magnify Cash’s objectives. Quickly iterate and adapt strategies to meet changing market conditions and business priorities.

• Project and Campaign Management: Utilize project management tools like ClickUp to streamline workflows. Oversee the design and execution of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on analytical insights and performance metrics.

• Press and Public Relations: Handle press interactions and public relations efforts, enhancing the company’s public profile while ensuring alignment with strategic messaging.iCommunication and Framework Development: Establish robust communication frameworks for effective messaging across all platforms. Ensure consistency and clarity in brand communication.

• Direct Reporting and Strategic Input: Report directly to the leadership team, providing regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations. Act as a key liaison between the marketing department and senior management.

What We Look for in You:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within marketing, preferably in tech or fintech industries, with significant experience managing remote teams and interacting with senior leadership.

• Skills: Strong proficiency in digital marketing, public relations, and project management tools. Exceptional ability to think strategically and execute quickly.
