Are you a commercially focused B2B marketer who enjoys turning insight into campaigns that generate results? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity for our New Business team, helping us reach new audiences, generate high-quality leads and turn prospective buyers into clients.

Why Join Us

WorkNest’s 900+ colleagues support over 50,000 organisations worldwide, helping them manage risk, improve performance, and protect what matters most. Combining smart technology with expert advice across Employment Law, HR, Health & Safety, Cyber Security, ISO, and Compliance services, we act as a true extension of our clients’ teams.

Following significant growth over the past two years, including international expansion and strategic acquisitions, WorkNest is continuing to grow at pace. As part of Axiom GRC, we have ambitious plans for the future, with a goal of building a £250 million business through sustained growth and innovation.

As our business continues to evolve, so do the opportunities for our colleagues. Join us and be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking organisation where your contribution can make a real impact.

Within our Marketing team, you’ll take ownership of the marketing plan supporting our New Business function. Working closely with sales, product, service delivery and our creative and digital specialists, you’ll develop campaigns that connect small and medium-sized organisations with the support they need.

What We Offer

· Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

· Amazing benefits

· Hybrid working: 2 days in our Aldford office, 3 days working from home

· Opportunity to develop your experience within a growing, technology-driven business

· Collaborative team and supportive culture

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced B2B marketer who can create and deliver a strategic, multi-channel marketing plan aligned with our commercial objectives.

You’ll build a detailed understanding of our target sectors and buyer needs, using this insight to develop clear propositions and persuasive messaging. Taking campaigns from initial concept through to delivery and evaluation, you’ll use a mix of online and offline channels to attract, engage and help convert prospective clients.

Working closely with our New Business, digital and telesales teams, you’ll improve the buyer journey, support the development of our digital marketplace and ensure sales colleagues have the information and materials they need to convert leads.

You’ll also manage campaign budgets and supplier relationships, coordinate resources through tools such as Monday.com and report on performance. Revenue, lead quality, lead volume and return on investment will help you assess what’s working and shape future activity.

About You

You will have experience in B2B marketing, developing strategic plans that deliver against commercial objectives, alongside a strong understanding of marketing automation through Salesforce and Pardot.

With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you’ll build effective relationships with colleagues and external suppliers. You’ll be confident managing multiple campaigns across online and offline channels, using project management tools such as Monday.com to coordinate activity and keep delivery on track.

You’ll bring excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce persuasive materials and tell a compelling story. You’ll also be comfortable analysing data, drawing meaningful conclusions and making recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Experience of managing campaign budgets and evaluating return on investment is essential, together with the ability to manage external supplier relationships and ensure they deliver against agreed objectives.
