📝Some details about your department
At Making Science, we are an AI-powered digital acceleration company. We bridge the gap between data science, cloud technology, digital marketing, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence (including our proprietary AI suite).
We are seeking a Stockholm-based, ambitious, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager - Northern Region to lead integrated regional marketing, direct public relations, demand generation, and employee branding across Sweden, the wider Nordics, and Germany.
This is a dynamic, dual-focused role centered on brand awareness, growth, and end-to-end execution, with marketing partnerships woven into everything we do. You will take full ownership of launching and managing regional initiatives, events, and multi-channel strategies across social media, email, and digital channels. Working at the intersection of agency creativity, data-driven performance, and advanced technology, you will collaborate closely with local group entities (Tre Kronor Media, Perfect Fools, and Making Science).
🎯 What we’d like you to do
1. End-to-End Campaign Execution & Channel Management
- Hands-on Channel Execution: Take full ownership of creating, scheduling, building, and deploying regional marketing campaigns across social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, etc.), email newsletters, and CRM automation platforms.
- Content Creation & Localized Copywriting: Write, proofread, and tailor high-performing copy and visual assets for regional social posts, email marketing, landing pages, and campaign collateral.
- Website & Digital Maintenance: Oversee regional website updates, event landing pages, and digital tracking in alignment with global SEO and web standards.

- Execute Regional Events & Partner Initiatives: Plan, organize, and host high-touch events, webinars, roundtables, joint partner marketing activities, podcasts, external sponsorships, and product exhibitions that elevate brand visibility.
- Internal Marketing & Employee Branding: Partner with HR and internal communications to craft employer branding initiatives and unite local teams around Making Science values.
4. AI Integration & Analytics
