About the Role

The SEO & AI Marketing Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for developing and executing TimO's overall SEO and AI-driven marketing strategy. The role focuses on increasing organic visibility, implementing AI/LLM optimization strategies, improving website performance, managing technical SEO, optimizing WordPress content, and leveraging AI-powered marketing processes. This strategic position works closely with internal teams and external partners to drive sustainable digital growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Several years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong experience in SEO, AI/LLM optimization, and data-driven content strategies.
• Experience with SEO, analytics, tracking, and CMS platforms.
• Experience implementing AI-powered marketing automation.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with WordPress CMS.
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1, preferably C2).
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is considered an advantage.
