We’re looking for a bold, strategic leader to help shape the future of Intrepid’s marketing in the United States. As the Marketing Manager, USA, you’ll inspire both customers and teams through strong strategy, sharp insights into the local market, and a passion for travel.
This role will lead and drive the execution of Intrepid’s marketing strategy in the US, maximizing brand awareness and consideration, driving sales, leads and growth, and growing our community of US travelers. As our local operations continue to grow rapidly across the US, the role will bring a strong understanding of B2C and/or B2B2C marketing, with highly valued travel experience.
You will develop innovative marketing solutions to grow US sales and our customer base, leading go-to-market strategy, multi-channel campaigns, budget management, direct sales, brand activations and partnerships. The role is highly collaborative and will work closely with the EMEA, APAC and global teams to bring global strategies to life in the US market.
As part of a diverse and talented marketing team, you will oversee multimillion-dollar budgets and represent the US across global marketing initiatives. You will connect company-wide objectives with local market opportunities, delivering measurable results against KPIs, revenue targets, and passenger growth goals.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using data, insights, and analysis to inform decisions and turn opportunities into action. You will bring strong storytelling and communication skills, building meaningful connections with customers and partners while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team and the continued growth of the Intrepid brand in the US.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Seattle, with a hybrid work schedule. You will be required to work from our downtown Seattle office a minimum of three days per week. This role may require domestic and international travel.
The salary range for this role is USD $95,000–$115,000 per year, depending on experience and skills. In addition to competitive pay, we offer great benefits and some amazing perks because we believe in supporting our people both at work and beyond.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
-
10+ years of experience in travel, brand and marketing, including advertising, agency or related experience, preferably within a global organization.
-
Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, profitability, ROI, campaign performance and reporting.
-
Broad marketing experience across disciplines including brand, digital, experiential, partnerships, collaborations, media and traditional and non-traditional channels, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
-
Innovative and curious, with a strong understanding of culture, consumer trends and insights, and a growth-focused mindset.
-
Experience leveraging AI, analytics, consumer insights and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.
-
Experience partnering with USA and regional teams (NAM, EMEA and ANZ) to translate global strategies into locally relevant plans, balancing global direction with regional empowerment.
-
Experience developing clear ways of working, governance and decision-making frameworks that enable speed, alignment and accountability across global and regional teams.
-
Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and active listening, with experience influencing and presenting to senior leadership.
-
Experience managing agency relationships, media buying, partnerships and sizeable marketing budgets.
-
Thorough understanding of US market dynamics.
