Glassworks London is an independent women’s fashion retailer founded in 2010, operating across UK retail stores, ecommerce and international production.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to keep approved day-to-day marketing activity moving reliably from action to completion.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will coordinate campaign actions, social publishing, PR and influencer administration, gifting, records and follow-up. You will manage multiple deadlines, chase missing information and outstanding commitments, maintain accurate trackers and escalate blockers before they cause delay.
This is an operational role for someone who enjoys creating order, following through and making sure agreed work actually gets done.
LOCATION / WORKING PATTERN
Location: Full-time remote role. Applicants may be based outside the UK but must work substantially within UK business hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain accurate marketing actions, owners, deadlines and dependencies in Asana and shared trackers.
• Turn agreed meeting actions and campaign plans into clear, controlled follow-up.
• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign milestones and chase overdue actions or missing information.
• Schedule and publish approved social content, support routine platform administration, and check captions, links, assets and timings.
• Support routine social engagement and approved correspondence, escalating sensitive or substantive interactions.
• Execute approved PR and influencer outreach and maintain accurate contact, response and follow-up records.
• Coordinate gifting, samples, product requests, shipping, returns and creator deliverables.
• Coordinate routine agreements, permissions and documentation through approved processes.
• Track PR coverage, influencer outputs and outstanding commitments through to completion.
• Coordinate practical administrative and logistical requirements for approved marketing activity and campaigns.
• Organise campaign assets, documents and shared records.
• Compile reporting inputs and identify missing information or evidence.
• Escalate blockers, unclear ownership or decisions requiring specialist or management input.
• Support other recurring marketing administration and coordination as required.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for evidence of:
• strong organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail;
• independently coordinating multiple workflows and deadlines;
• professionally chasing actions across several stakeholders;
• following work through to completion without continual prompting;
• identifying missing information or blockers and escalating appropriately;
• strong written English and professional communication;
• confidence using task-management tools, spreadsheets and shared records;
• practical experience in marketing operations, social publishing, PR, influencer coordination, gifting or similar work;
• reliable remote working and the ability to work effectively with a UK-based team.
Experience in fashion, ecommerce or consumer brands and familiarity with Asana or similar tools would be useful but are not essential.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Strong performance will be visible when:
• marketing actions and deadlines are accurate and current;
• routine work progresses without repeated management chasing;
• social publishing, outreach, gifting and sample activity are completed reliably and on time;
• blockers and overdue commitments are surfaced early;
• completed work is clearly evidenced;
• and senior marketing team members spend less time administering routine activity and more time on higher-value work.
