Marketing & Operations Manager

LoumiTECH is a Lisbon-based software delivery company that invests in innovation. We build and ship digital products, and we are now looking for a versatile, trustworthy person to run our marketing, support our bookkeeping and keep our internal projects on track. You will work directly with the founder, have real ownership from day one and shape how LoumiTECH presents itself to the world.

The position is full-time and remote. You must based in Portugal. Fluent English is essential.

Your responsibilities

Marketing & brand

• Develop and execute our marketing strategy across the website, LinkedIn and app campaigns
• Plan and produce content and campaigns, from concept to publishing and performance tracking
• Define the visual direction for LoumiTECH and its apps and make sure everything we publish looks consistent and polished

Bookkeeping support

• Prepare and organise invoices, receipts and financial documents
• Keep an overview of payments, costs and deadlines
• Work hand in hand with the founder and our accountant

Internal organisation

• Maintain a clear overview of all internal projects, timelines and open tasks
• Set up simple structures and tools so everyone knows what is happening and what comes next
• Follow up on to-dos with the founder and external partners so nothing falls through the cracks

Your profile

• Experience in marketing, communications or a comparable generalist role
• A genuine eye for aesthetics and design quality
• Comfortable with numbers and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Highly organised, reliable and discreet
• Independent and proactive, with the ability to manage several topics in parallel
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Imagine an app that a bank, an insurer or a large corporation would buy. The decision-makers wear suits, read annual reports and need to feel that nothing can go wrong. Calm, serious, precise, discreet. Show us what that world looks like: colours, typography, imagery, materials, atmosphere.

Moodboard 2 – "Energy"

Now imagine an app for people in their twenties who discover things on TikTok and share them with friends. Fast, bold, playful, a bit irreverent, something you would want to screenshot. Show us what that world looks like.

For each board, add two short example apps that fit this world (one line each), so we understand the kind of product you had in mind.
