The Impact You Will Make As a Marketing & Operations Strategy Co-Op, you will gain exposure to all aspects of strategy work, including functional and commercial strategies in our product, marketing, revenue, and enrollment services functions. Through mentorship from senior members of the leadership team, you will help conduct analysis to shape Risepoint’s key strategic initiatives. Working on a cross-functional project basis, you will be responsible for helping to structure problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver value-add strategic recommendations to drive overall business growth. How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life What You Will Do Conduct financial analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI assessments, and business case development, to support partner specific decision-making Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights on performance trends, risks, and opportunities Utilize data-driven insights, ranging from customer performance to internal operations, to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable recommendations Assist in the development and implementation of business transformation initiatives, including the design of new operating models, process reengineering, and change management strategies Form a deep understanding of Risepoint’s processes, systems/tools, personnel, strategic direction, and broader market ecosystem (university partners, marketing channels, contact center operational dynamics) What Success Looks Like Working closely with Analysts and Directors on the Marketing & Operations Strategy team in shaping the future of the organization through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making Execution of high intensity, high impact projects with rewarding career development and growth Being agile and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment to meet evolving business needs Collaboration with cross-functional teams and exposure to various stakeholders, including executive leadership How Impact Will be Measured Quality, accuracy, and actionability of analyses and strategic recommendations Ability to own defined workstreams, meet project milestones, and effectively incorporate feedback Effectiveness in translating complex data into clear insights and presentations that support decision-making Strength of collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and contribution to measurable project outcomes, such as improved processes, performance, or implementation progress What You’ll Bring to the Team Experience That Matters Most Applicants must be currently enrolled, active students in Spring 2027 to apply for this position Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis and deliver data-driven insights Structure and project management skills (frameworking, task prioritization, stakeholder management, etc.) Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels Experience That’s Great to Have Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Collaborative problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, driving change through influence Effectively managing uncertainty and ambiguity, bringing structure and objectives to tackle unstructured problems RisePoint is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce
