To support our international Marketing team , we're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist with a strong eye for detail who enjoys combining design, technology and organization to deliver high-quality marketing materials used by teams around the world . If you enjoy producing polished marketing content, collaborating with international teams and learning new digital tools, we'd love to meet you! 🚀 What you'll do As part of our Global Marketing Operations team, you'll support colleagues across different regions by creating, adapting and maintaining marketing materials while ensuring everything aligns with our global brand standards . Your responsibilities will include: Supporting global marketing campaigns and events. Creating and adapting marketing materials such as event banners, booth visuals, brochures, eBooks, social media graphics , presentations, short videos and GIFs. Localizing marketing assets for different regions while maintaining brand consistency . Building, updating and maintaining website pages using WordPress and WPML , following existing templates and page structures. New page templates are designed in Figma . Working within established corporate brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials. Performing thorough quality checks before graphics and webpages are published. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Collaborating closely with Marketing Operations, Global Marketing and Regional Marketing teams. Staying up to date with digital design trends and best practices while respecting our brand guidelines. Using automation, AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. 🎯 What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design or a related field. 1–2 years of experience is a plus, but motivated graduates are welcome. Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite , especially: Photoshop Illustrator Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus. Experience with Figma is an advantage. Comfortable learning new tools and working with website content. Interest in automation and AI tools to improve productivity and marketing processes. We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about delivering high-quality work. Detail-oriented with an excellent eye for quality. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable communicating and collaborating in English with international teams. Analytical , curious and able to think critically. Adaptable, open to feedback and eager to continuously learn.
