EM Media is a growth agency for ticketing, tech, iGaming and crypto brands. We help products reach the communities that use them through Discord, X and a large network of partner communities. Our main focus is ticketing, where we work with ticket monitors, point of sale tools and marketplaces for brokers and resellers.

The role

We're looking for a full time Marketing & Partnerships Manager who wants to own growth for our clients. You'll work directly with the founder, get onboarded fast and take on real responsibility from the first week.

What you'll do

• Run partnerships and posting across our Discord partner network

• Keep relationships with existing partners strong and find new ones

• Understand the markets we work in and bring your own ideas

• Build communities and run social media ads

• Land new leads yourself and later take over sales calls

• Look after new clients on your own

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in marketing, community management or partnerships

• Reliable and self driven, you work independently and deliver what you promise

• AI native, you use AI tools in your daily work

• Fluent English

• Based in the EU

• Interest in ticketing, tech, iGaming or crypto

• Discord experience is a plus, but not a must

What we offer

• $2,000 per month to start, plus a bonus for every lead you bring in

• Fully remote, Monday to Friday, roughly 12:00 to 22:00 CET with a 2 hour break, no weekends

• Paid trial week before we start working together

• Contract and NDA

• Direct work with the founder and room to grow with the company
