Who we're looking for:

For this role, we're looking for someone who takes a problem, owns it and solves it, driven by the work itself and by curiosity. You're a growth marketer with range. Paid ads, landing pages and conversion are your home turf, and nobody has to explain the basics of the rest of digital marketing to you. Maybe you freelanced and served clients who expected your best work across many disciplines. Maybe you come from media design, with a sharp eye and a feel for data. If you're curious and want to push yourself, this role is a real chance to grow.

What you'll own

Problems with clear goals, not a list of tasks. Here's roughly how your time splits:

Core – about 60%

• Paid launches, end to end. From plan to results on Google Ads and Meta. Success is measured in sales, not in clicks.

• Landing pages and conversion. Build, test and improve the pages our paid traffic lands on, the whole path from click to checkout.

Main project for the coming months – about 20%

• Our new international website. We're rebuilding it with AI. Our developer leads the build, you bring marketing, content and conversion.

Support – about 20%

• Newsletter, SEO, social media and affiliate. You help where they connect to your launches and the new website.

How we work

• Context, not control. We share the goals, the data and the why. You decide the how and own the result.

• On the way to AI-first. Some of us already work in Claude Code every day, with our tools connected via MCP; others are just getting started. Our shared knowledge lives in Markdown.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing, with practical experience in all four: Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages and conversion rate optimization

• Continuous learning, especially about AI: you want to know how far you can push it, and you've already started experimenting with tools like Claude Code or Codex. You don't need to be a developer.

• Work you can show: projects you owned, with real results A good eye for design: you notice when a page, an ad or an image is off, and you fix it A love for data: you'd rather open GA4 than guess The drive to work independently and to flag problems early, with a proposal ready Fluent English (C1 or above)

What makes you stand out:

• German language skills: Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are our biggest markets

• Experience with newsletters, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, or a website rebuild

• A technical feel for AI: you know what Markdown and JSON files, MCP servers, and a CLAUDE.md are, and you've built a first automation yourself

• Experience with AI image generation for products, ideally first steps towards automating it
