About the role

We're hiring our first Marketing Programs Coordinator. You'll own the execution behind our events, content, and campaigns, and help build the systems that keep our marketing engine running while strategy stays a step ahead.
You will not inherit a fully-built machine. You will inherit a steady stream of webinars, conferences, and content to ship, a sharp team, and a lot of room to make the work your own.

This is the role for you if:
  • You like making things happen, and you take pride in shipped work, not just plans.
  • You think in systems. When you spot a gap, you build the better version.
  • You're curious about AI and want to build with it every day, not just talk about it.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and treat fast change as a feature of early-stage work, not a bug.

What you'll do

Run events and conferences
  • Own event logistics end to end: registration setup, speaker and partner coordination, run-of-show, promotion scheduling, and the virtual and on-site details, including wrangling booth vendors and event contractors.
  • Build the follow-up engine that turns each event into pipeline: on-demand landing pages, recordings published to our resource hub, and nurture streams in HubSpot that route attendees into the right next step.
Publish and produce content
  • Get content live across the website, email, and social: formatting, scheduling, posting, and QA. That includes assembling and scheduling our newsletter so each issue ships on time.
  • Build marketing assets with AI (and tools like Canva), from landing pages to surveys. We build a lot this way, and you'll be hands-on with it from day one.
  • Manage a set of foundational content built for AI search. Work from a defined prompt set and brief, review and refine AI-drafted pieces, and get them published, accurate and on-brand.
  • Feed the thought leadership flywheel. Pull quotes, clips, and data points from event recordings and turn them into social posts and simple visuals for our leaders to share.
Drive demand and keep operations running
  • Help assemble creative, get paid and organic campaigns live, and keep our channels active. You'll have support from a growth agency and design review, so you're not doing it alone.
  • Own day-to-day CRM hygiene in HubSpot: de-duping records, maintaining lists, and tiering and enriching event and campaign lists so follow-up reaches the right people.
  • Contribute across the board. This is a small but mighty team, which means we’re all wearing a few hats. You'll get exposure to a wide range of marketing work, and we'll count on you to jump in where you're needed most.

What we're looking for

Required
  • 2 to 5 years in a marketing role, ideally B2B or SaaS. The HR, People, or AI space is a plus.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience. You can build and manage campaigns, workflows, nurture streams, and lists without hand-holding.
  • Event coordination experience, virtual or in person. You've run the logistics behind events and know how much detail it takes.
  • Hands-on with AI, and not just for drafting. You build real assets with it, and you're comfortable with automation tools like Zapier or n8n. We work this way every day, and you will too.
  • Strong attention to detail. You catch the broken link, the wrong date, and the off-brand line before anyone else does.
  • Reliable and organized. We're trusting you to own the execution, so we need full confidence that things get done well and on time.
  • Low ego, high hustle. No task is too small, and you're hungry to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with enough craft to review and polish content even when you're not the one drafting it.
Bonus points
  • Familiarity with Webflow and Luma.
  • An eye for design and comfort assembling simple creative. You'll have design review, so you're polishing, not starting from scratch.

Why this role

  • Build the engine behind a recurring webinar series and a growing conference presence, with real ownership from day one.
  • Work directly with our Head of Marketing with a clear path deeper into events, demand generation, or marketing operations.
  • Get deep, hands-on exposure to AI, building real work with the tools, not just talking about them.
  • Join a highly collaborative, remote-first team that appreciates the human side of work.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $60,000 – $80,000 per year.
