Angelica Potes Canada | MAPM Canadian Immigration Consulting is looking for a proactive, creative and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, 100% remote role combining marketing, content creation, lead management and sales follow-up — from content → lead → consultation → client.

WHO WE ARE

We are a growing Canadian immigration consulting firm recognized for providing professional, personalized and client-focused service. We primarily work with clients in Canada and across Latin America who are looking to come to or remain in Canada.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Marketing & Content

• Manage our social media presence and content calendar.
• Create posts, Reels, stories, carousels and short-form content.
• Develop content ideas, captions and CTAs.
• Monitor performance and improve content based on KPIs.
• Develop strategies to grow our brand, community and lead generation.

Leads & Sales

• Respond to and consistently follow up with leads via social media, WhatsApp and email.
• Nurture leads and convert them into booked consultations based on monthly goals.
• Manage consultation bookings through Calendly.
• Follow up after consultations, proposals and service offers.
• Convert consultations into signed retainer agreements and meet monthly sales goals.
• Keep lead information and follow-ups organized in ClickUp.

Systems & Growth

• Use ClickUp, Calendly, Slack and AI tools.
• Follow and help improve internal workflows.
• Track marketing and sales results.
• Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experienced in digital marketing, social media, content and/or sales.
• Organized, proactive and creative.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Respectful and professional with both clients and team members.
• Comfortable with KPIs, technology and AI.
• Fluent Spanish + strong English required.

Immigration experience is not required.
