Show job description

Own Kognitiv Academy’s day-to-day brand presence and content engine. Create compelling, credible content that makes in-person learning visible, builds community and converts attention into enquiries and learner registrations. This is a hands-on creative execution role, not the sole owner of paid acquisition strategy.

What you will own

Content strategy & production

  • Plan and maintain an editorial calendar for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other priority channels.

  • Film, photograph and edit short-form video, instructor interviews, learner testimonials, course highlights and event coverage.

  • Write persuasive captions, hooks, scripts, landing-page copy, email content and calls to action in a consistent brand voice.

  • Adapt one content asset into platform-specific formats and create branded templates, graphics and promotional materials.

Social media & community

  • Publish, schedule and quality-check posts and stories; ensure accurate course dates, locations and booking links.

  • Moderate comments and DMs; route qualified enquiries promptly to admissions or sales and track handoffs.

  • Build partnerships with faculty, learners and partners to generate authentic user-generated content and social proof.

  • Cover launches, workshops and community events on-site, including occasional evenings and weekends with agreed scheduling.

Campaign execution & measurement

  • Support organic campaigns and paid-media creative production; collaborate with the Growth Specialist on briefs and experiments.

  • Track reach, engagement, saves, video retention, profile visits, website clicks, qualified enquiries and attributed
    registrations.

  • Test creatives, hooks and formats; share weekly learnings and a monthly content performance report.

  • Maintain a searchable asset library, content permissions, brand consistency and release/consent records where required.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years in social media, content creation or digital marketing with an evidence-based portfolio.

  • Confident on-camera production and editing using tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Canva or equivalent.

  • Excellent English copywriting, storytelling and visual judgement; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Comfortable creating content in a live, people-first educational environment; UAE experience preferred.

  • Analytics literacy and ability to work quickly with faculty, marketing and admissions teams.

First 90 days

  • A rolling four-week content calendar and reliable publishing cadence.

  • Weekly and monthly creative work and reporting.

  • A steady pipeline of original reels, testimonials, faculty stories and course creatives.

Performance measures

  • Publishing consistency and on-time campaign delivery.

  • Qualified inbound enquiries and registrations influenced by organic content.

  • Video watch time, engagement, saves, profile-to-site click-through and follower growth.

  • Creative test throughput and cost-efficient asset production.
