Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote – Dominican Republic

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST

Empower ABA is looking for a bilingual Marketing Specialist with a strong digital-growth mindset. We are looking for someone who goes beyond content creation and graphic design—someone who understands how to grow a company's online presence, improve search visibility, manage digital advertising, and use technology and data to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on growth, visibility, and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize SEO, including keyword research, website optimization, and performance tracking.
• Plan, manage, and monitor paid advertising campaigns, including Google and Meta platforms.
• Analyze campaign and website performance and recommend improvements based on data.
• Identify opportunities to increase website traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Support website and other digital marketing initiatives from a technical perspective.
• Utilize AI and marketing technology/tools to improve efficiency, automation, and campaign performance.
• Design professional marketing materials, digital ads, social media graphics, and other brand assets.
• Support social media strategy while ensuring marketing efforts align with broader business-growth objectives.
• Track key marketing KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent/bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated experience with SEO and digital marketing.
• Experience managing or optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar paid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital growth, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
• Comfortable working with technology, AI tools, analytics, and marketing platforms.
• Graphic design skills and experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe, Figma, or similar.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and turn it into actionable strategies.
• Creative, analytical, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in healthcare or ABA is a plus, but not required.

This is not primarily a content-creator position. We are especially interested in candidates who can combine marketing strategy + SEO + paid advertising + technology + analytics + design to help us grow.

Compensation: $900 USD/month
