Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for users of our Total Expert CRM platform, supporting our loan officers, marketing team, and operations staff in maximizing platform effectiveness. Overall, your contributions to the team will enhance the ability for our Loan Officers and branches to be successful and profitable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own a support request end to end by using all the resources at your disposal.

  • Understand when to leverage the team to find solutions, ask questions.

  • Troubleshoot issues, responding to inquiries, and resolving user problems in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with manager on pertinent issues.

  • Partner with other teams, such as Marketing, Sales, and Design.

  • Organize work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Coordinate use of multiple platforms to resolve issues and assist customers with their needs.

  • Identify opportunities for improving CRM usage and effectiveness.

  • Interface, build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Implement and enforce company policies regarding data and marketing as applicable to a CRM

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service environment.

  • Knowledge with CRM platforms – Total Expert would be preferred

  • Hands-on involvement with marketing automation, and data management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with mortgage industry workflows, terminology, and compliance standards is preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
